GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL:

1. Reservations: The payment of Banck
The remaining payment of the transaction should be I paid in money or
check we didn't accept in card of I credit.
B - A premature exit won't give right at the request of reimbursement, in
case of cessation, the authorized reservations and confirmed through they cannot be canceled.
C - THE non confirmation of the reservation in writing and properly signed,
accompanied of the payment of the reservation, it will cart in the annulment
of our services..
D - Lodging: The apartments will be to the customer's disposition in the day
foreseen in the receipt.
2 - Deposit: A deposit will be collected, in the entrance of the apartment
and returned in the hour of the exit, in agreement with the conditions of
the apartment. I deposit it will be able to him to be collected through check or money.
3 - Electricity: The consumption of electricity of the apartments with
conditioned air is not included in the price, the payment should be made in
agreement with the consumption.
4 - Clothes of Bed and Bath: They are supplied when requested and a wash
rate is collected of per person and for change.
5 - Animals: It is not allowed the entrance or the permanence.
6 - Cleaning: The apartments are given clean and the same ones should be
returned in the same conditions, in case it is not a rate of cleaning it
will be collected.
